A maturity level 3 signifies that an organization is operating at a “Defined” level. Processes are well portrayed and understood and are described in proper systems, standards, tools, and techniques. The organization’s set of standard processes, which is the basis for maturity level 3, is established and improved over time.
CMMI is an improved version of the previous benchmark of the Capability Maturity Model which is being globally adopted by top Information Technology organizations as a quality standard. This designation recognizes the fact that we have ratified an institutionalized quality management system, confirmed by an approved CMMI Certifier, to ensure we provide quality at any phase of service delivery.
